STEAMED LOBSTERS

STEAMED LOBSTERS
4 live or died lobsters, 1.5 pound each
2 cups sea water or fresh water with salt added
6 tablespoons butter
2 lemons, sliced

Bring water to rapid boil in large pot, kettle or pan. Add lobsters one at a time, cover and return water to boil. Steam for 15-17 minutes or until lobsters are a bright red and the long antennae can be pulled loose with ease. Remove steamed lobster with tongs and save liquid. Pour remaining liquid into sauce pan, add butter and heat until butter is melted. Serve in bowls with lemon slices on the side.

Ok, Easy pb&j

So everyone loves pb&j well all most everyone.1 :)

Take two pieces of white or wheat bread,then take out peanut Butter and jelly
take one of the pieces of bread with the knife spared peanut butter on one piece of bread and then jelly on the other piece of bread. slap it together and abracadabra! now you can take a bite out of a tasty pb&j sandwhich

How to cook Potatoes&eggs Sunny-side up

12 ounces sweet pork sausage 6 serving
1 small onion, chopped
3 cups of frozen shredded hash browns potatoes
1 teaspoon herd-seasoned salt
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese (6 ounces)
6 eggs


Heat oven to 350. Cook and sir sausage and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until sausage is brown; drain. Sir in frozen potatoes and herd-seasoned salt. Cook, stirring constantly, just until potatoes are thawed about 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in cheese . Spread in ungreased rectangular baking dish 11x7x1 1/2 inches

Make 6 indentations in potato mixture with back of spoon; break 1 egg into each indentation. Sprinkle with pepper if desired. Bake uncovered until eggs are desired doneness, 20 to 25 minutes with me making its great
